Compact fluorescent bulbs in all guestrooms that allow this type of bulb
Digital climate control in all guestrooms with pre-set temperature ranges
Guestroom air filters changed every 90 days
Recycling of all cardboard, wood pallets and cooking grease
Energy Management System for public areas to ensure lights and air conditioning are turned off for spaces not in use
Fluorescent bulbs on auto shutoff sensor control in many public areas
Water saving auto flushers in all public bathrooms
Electric car charging stations available
